Jalapatha
Silent Valley National Park,Kerala,India ........Surely God's own country.
This is one of the myriad waterfalls that dot the national park. This particular one was a treat to the eyes and I could have got some more pics but for the fact that while shooting this, I just happened to glance down and was petrified to see millions of leeches crawling up my legs. End of Story.

Lovely Photographs!
Something very soothing and intimate about small waterfalls in the middle of a forest …until the darn leeches start crawling up your legs and the spell is broken! lol!.
Too bad your story had to end so abruptly.
Can’t blame the leeches though—probably they feel we have no right to be there violating their privacy or space. All said I would go there again.
oooohh....what happened then??
We ran the hell out of there .... One leech OK .... 2 leech OK .... 3 OK .... 4 OOKK .... But so many !!!!!!!!! naah .... don't wanna sit and watch all my blood flow out.... :D
